Liulin Jude Coal Washing Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Hongsheng Group and is a supporting project of Jude Coal Mine. In 2009, it was approved by the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission's "Jin Fa Gai Record (2009) No. 310" document and was completed and put into operation in May 2013. The design production capacity is 2.4 million tons/year. The total investment of the project is 315.03 million yuan, including the main factory building, two 10,000-ton raw coal silos and two 10,000-ton clean coal silos, with a total construction area of 12,000 m.². Plant adopts light steel structure, color composite insulation profiled steel plate maintenance, concise and lively. Equipment support components to achieve standardization, equipment selection of large-scale advanced equipment, each link of the basic use of single equipment, simplify the process system, shorten the coal flow channel, reduce the process links, improve the comprehensive economic benefits of coal preparation plant. The project's cleaner production indicators have reached the advanced level of cleaner production in the same industry in China. It is located in Jucaita Village, Chengjiazhuang Town, Liulin County, about 5 kilometers away from the county seat, close to Taizhong-Bank Railway, Xiaoliu Railway, Qingyin Expressway and National Highway 307, with superior geographical location and good regional resources.

The coal preparation process is as follows: 50-1.0mm raw coal is separated by three-product heavy medium cyclone, 1.0-0.40mm coarse slime is separated by interference bed-direct flotation of slime water, tail coal concentration-pressure filtration, and closed circulation of washing water.
