Liulin Antai Coal Washing Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Hongsheng Group and is a supporting project of Antai Coal Mine. It was designed by Beijing Tiandi Technology Co., Ltd. and was completed and put into operation in July 2012. The design production capacity is 1.2 million tons/year. The total investment of the project is more than 0.2 billion yuan. Liujiashan Village, located 20 kilometers north of Liulin County, is adjacent to Provincial Highway S248 and County Highway 446. It has obvious geographical advantages, rich coal reserves and excellent coal quality.

The coal preparation process is mainly a combined process of lump coal heavy medium shallow trough discharge gangue, raw coal pre-desliming with pressure two products heavy medium cyclone main re-separation, coarse slime TBS separation, slime water flotation, floating fine diaphragm pressure filtration dehydration, floating tail concentration and pressure filtration recovery, and closed-circuit circulation of reclaimed water.

Mainly into the wash Antai coal mine 8#, 9# coal, coal for low ash, high sulfur, low phosphorus, strong bonding coke heat strength high quality rare main coking coal, products include 12 grade coke clean coal, medium coal, coal slime. Products are mainly sold to Shandong Hengxin, Jiangsu Anhe and many other large domestic steel and coking enterprises.
