Shanxi Liulin Hongsheng Jude Coal Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Jucaita Village, Chengjiazhuang Town, Liulin County. The merger and reorganization of the integrated mine approved by the document "Shanxi Coal Reorganization Office Fa [2009] No. 33" was formed by the reorganization and integration of 9 coal mines including the former Shanxi Liulin Jucaita Coal Industry Co., Ltd., with an area of 16.4362 km2 after the merger and reorganization and integration. The mining of 4#-9# coal seams is approved. Currently, 5# and 8# coal seams are mainly mined with a production capacity of 2.1 million tons/year.

In recent years, it has been continuously rated as "National first-class production Safety Standardization Mine" by the Emergency Management Department, and the China Coal Industry Association has awarded the honorary title of "National Special Safety and efficient Mine". In 2019, Shanxi Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau awarded the title of "Mine Enterprise Safety Culture Construction demonstration Mine", which is the only "Safety Culture Construction demonstration Mine" in Luliang City. China Coal Industry Association awarded the title of "highest AAA Enterprise Credit in the coal industry.
